Please note that due to the handmade nature of our products, slight variations in color, texture, and design may occur.

Section 3 - No Returns, Exchanges, or Refunds

All sales on ONBABY are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances. This policy applies to all products, including those with minor manufacturing defects. By placing an order, you agree to review all product descriptions, sizes, and details before completing your purchase. Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be canceled or altered.

Section 4 - Shipping Policy

We currently ship to select locations. Shipping times vary by destination and are estimated to take between 2-3 weeks from the time of order confirmation. However, due to factors beyond our control, shipping may take longer in some cases. ONBABY is not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance.

If your order does not arrive within 3 weeks and you have not received a tracking number, you may contact us for a full refund. Please note that any requests for refunds due to shipping delays will only be honored if no tracking number has been provided by the third week after your purchase.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Section 5 - Risk of Loss

All products purchased from ONBABY are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. ONBABY is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged goods once they are in the possession of the shipping carrier. If you have concerns about your shipment, please contact the carrier directly.
