At ONBABY, we strive to ensure that every customer has a positive shopping experience. As a small, starting business, we are currently unable to offer returns or exchanges. This policy helps us maintain the quality and craftsmanship of our handmade products. We understand this may be disappointing, but we hope you’ll understand that as we grow, we will continue to evaluate and improve our policies.

 

All sales made on ONBABY are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges for any products at this time. Please ensure that you review product descriptions, sizes, and details carefully before making your purchase. Once an order is confirmed and processed, it cannot be altered or canceled.

 

Refund Eligibility

We currently offer refunds only under limited circumstances:

  • If more than 3 weeks (21 days) have passed since your purchase, and you have not received an update or tracking number for your order, you may be eligible for a refund. Please contact us at onbabygd@gmail.com, and we will review your case.
  • Refunds will only be issued if there has been no communication or update about your order during the specified timeframe. If a tracking number has been provided, the order will not be eligible for a refund.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is granted, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund under the following circumstances:

  • If your order has not been shipped or updated with a tracking number within 4 weeks (30 days) of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at ob@onbaby.store within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We will review your case and determine eligibility for a refund or replacement.

Please note:

  • Refunds are not granted for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, sizing, and details before purchasing.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If a refund is issued, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.
  • Once an order has been processed and shipped with a valid tracking number, it is not eligible for a refund.
